The Annual General Meeting
This is arranged for Thursday July 3rd at 7pm in the Boardroom at the Sheffield Children's Hospital. Everyone is welcome and it is a chance to meet the committee and find out what we have been up to over the last year. If you are interested in attending could you please let us know in the PACT office ?
If anyone is interested in joining the main committee the meetings take place approximately every two months and they are very informal and friendly. Please contact the PACT office for further information. Anyone interested in joining this committee should complete a nomination form which is available from the PACT office and this needs to be completed and returned to the office before Friday 13th June 2008. If there are more nominations than committee places, a vote will take place at the AGM. PACT also has a Fundraising Committee and a House Committee and if you are interested in becoming more involved with PACT please contact the office in the first instance to find out more about these other committees.
