The 2010 PACT Charity Ball
We are having our PACT Charity Ball on Saturday 8th May 2010 at Baldwin's Omega, Sheffield which is a new venue for us.
We need booking forms back as soon as possible and definitely by the end of February 2010 to guarantee bookings. If you are unable to pay the full price of £45 for the tickets when booking, we will accept a non-returnable deposit of ￡5 per ticket with the balance to be paid no later than the 9th April 2010.

Venue : Baldwin's Omega, Brincliffe Hill, off Psalter Lane, Sheffield, S11 9DF. The bar accepts both cash and cards.
Time : It will be 7.30 pm arrival for meal at 8.00 pm and it finishes at 1.30 am.
Cost : ￡45 per ticket
Dress : Black tie
Reception drink : Glass of Bucks Fizz

Baskets of freshly baked breads
Printemps Salad - young spring leaves with prawns, tropical fruits & roast capsicums
(Vegetarian option - young spring leaves with tropical fruits & roast capsicums)
Spring Vegetable Soup - seasonal soup with white rice noodles
Salmon and Crab Cake - with fat chip and parsley sauce
(Vegetarian option - Leek and potato cake)
Chicken Spatchcock - half a chicken seasoned & chargrilled with roasted spring vegetables
(Vegetarian option - Mediterranean vegetable callete with gnocchi & a rustic tomato sauce)
Spring Pancakes - with rhubarb compote and double cream
Fair trade coffee and chocolate cookies
There will be a photographer taking pictures on the night at a cost of ￡9 and photographs will be available to take home on the night. There will also be a disco, auction, silent auction and raffle.
