The PACT Event Calendar
On these pages you can see photos taken at some of our past events and check the details of where the next ones are going to be.

Forthcoming Events
We regularly run events for our families and children. These are the ones that we currently have planned.

September 7th - Annual trip to Drayton Manor
This is to take place on Sunday 7th September and we will be going to
Drayton Manor Theme Park and Zoo at Tamworth in Staffordshire. In addition to the usual thrilling rides they have just opened up Thomas Land with 12 themed rides and attractions plus play areas, cafes and a shop. If you are interested in going please let us know in the PACT office by August 1st. We have to contact Drayton Manor with final figures and payment by then so anyone replying after August 1st won't be able to go on our trip.

We need to know the family name, address, telephone number, the number of people attending and whether you would like to come on the PACT coach. We will need a £5 deposit per person that will be refunded on the day.

Please note that this is a family trip and any child under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not turn up with your friends and expect to be allowed on the trip as our insurance does not cover this.

September 6th and 7th 2008 - Art in the Gardens
The Floral ImPACT Team will be running a fashion show at Art in the Gardens, Sheffield Botanical Gardens, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 September from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Admission by ticket priced £5.00 for adults with accompanied children free.

November 30th - PACT Christmas Party
This year our party will be on Sunday 30th November so please make a note in your diaries. Details of times and booking arrangements will be on the website soon.

December 4th 2008 - An Evening With Gervaise Phinn and Steve Smith
This evening has been organised by our patron Steve Smith and all the artists are giving their services for free in aid of PACT. It will take place on Thursday 4th December 2008 at the Memorial Hall at the City Hall in Sheffield. Tickets are £15 and are available from the City Hall online or by phone on 0114 278 9789.

Gervaise Phinn is a best-selling author and raconteur of considerable note. Together with 'The Rotherham Rumpole' otherwise known as author and broadcaster Steve Smith, they will recount tales from their respective careers which have delighted many audiences. Their special guest star on the evening will be Jennifer Harris from the world of opera. It promises to be a great night out as well as being a fundraiser for PACT.
