ORC International are proud to be sponsoring a table at the PACT Charity Ball at Cutlers Hall in Sheffield on 1st March 2008.

PACT provide a range of support services for families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer. This includes running two caravans
(one in Filey and one in Berwick-on-Tweed) and a house in Sheffield (right next to the Childrens Hospital) to support families. The charity
ball is being held to raise much needed funds, whilst celebrating the good work it does. ORC's sponsored table will be donated to families
using the PACT service and raffled to nurses working in the Tumour children's ward at Sheffield Childrens' Hospital.

Nigel Maxfield and Jane Simister of ORC International visited the Childrens' Hospital on September 18th and handed the cheque for the ball
to Beryl Welburn who runs the PACT charity and Ben Roe who has Downs's syndrome and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Nigel, a Director
at ORC International said "We are delighted to be able to make a contribution to further the valuable work that PACT is performing,
supporting families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer. It was heart warming to visit Sheffield Childrens Hospital and see in
person the fantastic work that is carried out. We will continue to support the charity and would encourage others to get involved too."
