This year’s trip to Drayon Manor is Sunday 6th September 2026.
Please note there IS a coach provided for this trip which will pick you up from Sheffield Children's Hospital and return there in the evening. You can make your own way there is you wish.
There is a maximum of 2 adults per family.
Please note there ARE NO packed lunches provided for this trip.
The PACT Committee really do value your attendance at the outings organised by PACT, however it must be fully understood that PACT will not accept any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage caused to any person, persons, possessions or property while taking part in this outing and that at all times Parents/Carers will be wholly responsible for their own children.
Before submitting the request to attend this outing I confirm that I have read and fully understand the above statement and I am authorised by my party to sign this agreement on their behalf.
